Hello all!
I had a great conversation a couple of weeks ago with Katy Lente, president of The Oveja Project Cooperative, which works to help promote and grow the sheep industry in New Mexico, about the project and its work as well as her own life a small-scale sheep keeper. Katy was deep into lambing season when we talked and at that time, she had 20 new lambs from her 35 ewes and 3 rams.
